Is RGC legitimate? +

We’re building RGC to serve collectors first. That’s why we chose to launch with our own pre-order campaign instead of taking private equity or other dilutive funding. Keeping control means we don’t have outside investors pushing us to prioritize short-term revenue over great service and fair pricing. Our team is public and reachable at questions@rgcgrading.com . We publish clear processes, transparent turnaround times, and straightforward pricing, and we welcome your feedback as we grow.

Is the lifetime discount really lifetime? +

YES! If you pre-order during our pre-launch period, you will get a 20% discount for the rest of your life, even if you change emails, accounts, or anything.

How will I use that lifetime discount? +

We'll automatically apply the discount on the backend so you don't need to keep track of a code. This also means that if you get other discount codes, you can apply both!

How strong are your slabs? +

We get it - our slabs are thinner and smaller than traditional ones. However, our specific ultrasonic welding process and high-contact slab design creates slabs that are both smaller AND more durable than traditional thick slabs. They've passed rigorous drop tests and pressure tests.

What is Machine-Assisted Grading? +

Our proprietary CGA software uses machine learning to scan cards at 10x magnification, detecting flaws invisible to the naked eye. After the scan, our human graders evaluate and validate the results at naked-eye level. This ensures the utmost objectivity and accuracy in our grading.

NFC authentication? What is that? +

We worked with an NFC manufacturer to design custom tags using a AES-128 encryption and an algorithmic authentication system. These tags are extremely difficult to counterfeit and theoretically uncrackable. When you scan one of our slabs with our app, you can be certain it's authentic.

What will your prices be after the Kickstarter? +

Our bulk pricing will be for 10+ cards at $15.99, standard will be $23.99, and express will be $39.99. Reserve now to lock in our launch discounts!

What is your turnaround time? +

We created our entire grading process around the question "how can we lower the time to grade while maintaining utmost quality and consistency?" With that in mind, we expect 20 business days for bulk, 10 for standard, and 5 for express turnaround.
